Target just made some changes to their threshold for free shipping when you shop online. It is now Free Shipping once you hit $35 instead of  $25. If you are not a Target REDCard holder yet, now is the time to sign up. Now through May 20th when you sign up they will also give you a coupon for an extra 10% off a purchase just for signing up.

You use it in store or online just like you would your bank card, it saves you 5% off your purchase and in a couple days it will clear your bank account, just like writing a check.
